Walking Home offers a friendly alternative to boarding kennels while you are away on holiday or working.
Dog Home Boarding
As a dog owner, I know how important it is to have peace of mind that your dog will be well cared for and happy whilst you are away.
I am fully insured, council licensed and CRB cleared. I am at home during the day to supervise the animals and have a secure garden.
I will not board your dog with another client's dogs unless previously agreed or in an emergency. I fully understand how precious your dog is to you and treat all dogs I look after with compassion and care as if they were my own.
Conditions for Dog Boarding

Fully up to date with vaccinations (proof must be shown), de-wormed and given appropriate flea treatment prior to their stay.

We cannot accept any dogs with human aggression issues or bitches in season.

Dogs being home boarded must be fully toilet trained and have basic obedience.
Dog Walker
Boredom or insufficient exercise can lead to destructive behaviour or excessive barking when left alone. Your pet's safety and your complete satisfaction with our service is my top priority. I walk dogs of all shapes and sizes and they are all catered for professionally and promptly.
Walking Home offers a safe, reliable walking service for pet owners.
I offer a flexible service to suit your needs. I will walk your dog in nearby parks or woodland depending on your location. Walks can be tailored to your dog’s individual needs. On or off lead depending on your preference and the dog’s ability to demonstrate a good recall.
Dogs are walked in groups of up to four dogs for socialisation, fun and play. If required I offer solo walks. As part of our dog walking service I will do my best to dry your dog before returning them home. I ask that on wet days you leave out towels for me to use. Please.
Dog Home Visits
An alternative to kennels whilst you are on holiday. I can visit your dog(s) either three or four times per day enabling them to stay in their own familiar surroundings. This service includes walks, feeding, toilet breaks and of course lots of cuddles and attention.
I can also draw your curtains, bring in your post, water the plants and turn lights on and off keeping your house safe while you are away.
NB – We generally only offer this service within a five mile radius.
Cats and Small Pets Home Visits
I offer a home visiting service which is ideal for cats as they can stay in their own surroundings. I will visit once or twice a day, whichever you prefer and feed your cat, give fresh water, clean the litter tray and give lots of cuddles.
I can also draw your curtains, bring in your post, water the plants and turn lights on and off keeping your house safe while you are away.
This service is also available for small pets.
